Detergents and scours
EVERCLEAN detergents and scours are widely used throughout wet processing steps to desize denim, clean up after abrasion cycles, reduce back staining and dye redepositions, and also surfactant enhancement for enzymes.
Enzymes
We take great pride in our line of enzymes which include high temperature stable amylases for desizing, and modified cellulases for abrasion to give brilliant stone-washed looks without the stones. Our enzymes are purified from natural sources and degrade after being used so there are no harmful effects to the environment.
pH Control
pH control is a must to achieve maximum activity on enzymes. As much as 50 percent of cellulase activity can be lost if running at an incorrect pH. Our buffers will automatically adjust your process bath to the optimum pH. Other pH control agents offered are for building alkalinity in the bath and scouring when coming down off a high-alkaline scour.Softeners
Our line of exhaustible softeners include: Super concentrated cationics designed to be your economical "work-horse" and silicon-based products for an ultra-stick "hand."
Brighteners
EVERCLEAN brighteners are extremely effective in enhancing the overall visual color of the garment. If needed, specific products will give a blue or red flare. Our brighteners are oxygen based and color-safe.
Specialties
These are products custom-designed to address specific problems in wet-processing or to enhance the effect of other EVERCLEAN products. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our mainstream processing techniques. This line includes: color fixatives, lubricants, ozone protection, chelator, stabilizers, and hypochlorite neutralization.
