The survey results confirmed that accurate invoicing and order fill rates were consistently listed as an important issue for Ideal's customers. To improve on performance, which is already among the best in the industry, Ideal installed new computer software specifically designed for our industries served. The research also showed back ordering as a concern. Therefore, Ideal's distribution centers always maintain a large inventory of chemicals and textile products matched to our customers' needs.
